Aus Sicherheitsgründen sind die Mitgliedskarten nicht übertragbar, und der Name muss mit der Bordkarte des Fluggastes übereinstimmen, der ein Flugticket für denselben Tag besitzt. Unabhängig davon, ob Sie die Karte für sich selbst oder für eine andere Person kaufen, geben Sie bitte die Daten des Fluggastes an, der die Karte nutzen wird, da das System die Karte per SMS an das Mobilgerät des Fluggastes sendet, damit dieser sie in der Lounge vorzeigen kann.
Nach Ablauf von 60 Tagen ab Kaufdatum sind keine Rückerstattungen mehr möglich.
